The school follows NCERT curriculum outline for both Scholastic and Co-Scholastic
areas. However, curriculum for the toddlers in the Playschool & Kindergarten is
designed to develop the Cognitive, Linguistic & Numerical skills of the students besides
targeting development of the Affective domain (social and inter personal relations)
as well as Psychomotor Skills (including kinaesthetic skills, music and Computers).
Pupils are encouraged to interact with the teachers both inside and outside the classroom. To make this interaction easy and possible, teacher- pupil ratio is restricted to 1:20 at the Pre-Primary stage and 1:30 at the Primary & Upper-Primary stage.
English is the Medium of instruction at Narula Public School, Mogra & special impetus is given to polish the communication skills of the students in English. However, teaching
–learning of Hindi & Bengali ( soon French & Gurmukhi too) is being facilitated as second &
third language according to the language policy of the Directorate of Education.
